I take photographs, make art, and write poems. A couple of years ago, I picked up my dad's old film camera. Around then, I was traveling a lot for work - I do hardware program management - and there was always so much to notice, that it reinvigorated an interest in photography that started in middle school.

Then, I moved to Austin, TX and enrolled in a poetry class and found that somehow, my typically verbose emotional processing could be distilled into something that made a lot more sense. And that was a joy to puzzle together.

Along the way, I made some friends who were artists and realized, this too is something I had let go of in the path to 'adulthood.' Which helped me realize it's time to reclaim the inner child!

Other things I do and enjoy: teach yoga, cook, surf poorly when I'm near the ocean, run, and figure out how to raise our two cats.
